p
rovides the quickest, easiest connection of
the nozzle to the attachment. The snap-in

connection. To use the snap-in connector,
remove the rubber nozzle from the vacuum
hose. Press the snap-in connector into the
dust port until you hear the click.
Dust port adaptors are also available to
connect the Bosch dust extraction
attachment to any common size vacuum
hose. See Boschtools.com for details.
Always make sure the vacuum cleaner that
you use is designed for extraction of

deburring and smoothing mainly mineral
materials such as, for example, concrete,
stone, marble and poured flooring without
the use of water. It also can be used for

residue.
Do not use water or other
cooling fluid with this tool for
grinding.
Allow the tool to reach full speed before
applying it to the workpiece surface.
Hold the tool with both hands and apply the
diamond wheel flat on the work surface,
advancing the tool moderately back and
forth.
The dry diamond cup wheel included with the
tool is intended for hard materials.
A dull dry diamond cup wheel can be
sharpened with a abrasive material (e.g.,
chalky sand stone).
Visit boschtools.com for full line of available

Accessories
If an extension cord is
necessary, a cord with
adequate size conductors that is capable of
carrying the current necessary for your
tool must be used. This will prevent
excessive voltage drop, loss of power or
overheating. Grounded tools must use 3-wire
extension cords that have 3-prong plugs and
receptacles.
NOTE: The smaller the gauge number, the
heav i er the cord.
