Harness Straps are positioned properly

NOTE: If using the lower Headrest/Harness
positions, make sure to tuck the excess
Headrest Flap up behind the Headrest Pad.
The Headrest Flap is designed with two
fold lines to allow for partial or full storage
behind the Headrest Pad.
