Ingredients:
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
3 tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil
1 tsp sea or kosher salt
1 large Vidalia onion, peeled, ends cut off and sliced into roughly ½ inch rings

4 large eggs, beaten

Temperature: 285°F Cook Time: 10 minutes
1. Mix the panko with the oil and salt to coat the crumbs well with the oil. Dredge onion rings in our
and shake off excess.
2. Dip the rings into the egg and then into the panko mixture. Manually press and squeeze the crumbs
onto the onion rings to get them to stick.
3. Place rings into the Crisper Drawer and fry for 10 minutes. For best results, ip onion rings halfway
through cooking.
