Troubleshooting
Before contacting Wolf Factory Certified
Service, use these helpful tips to prevent the
need for a service visit.
Coee dispensed too slow.
1 Adjust the grind to coarser pre-ground
coee. Refer to Grind Adjustment on
page 11.
Infuser cannot be removed.
1 Touch the standby power button to reset
the infuser position.
Milk contains bubbles or little froth.
1 Use fully skimmed or semi-skimmed milk.
2 Adjust the froth setting.
3 Clean the milk container and lid.

uct by contacting Wolf Factory Certified
Service.
• When contacting service, you will need
the model and serial number of your
product. Both numbers are listed on the
product rating plate. Refer to page 6 for
rating plate location.
• For warranty purposes, you will also need
the date of installation and name of your
authorized Wolf dealer. This information
should be recorded on page 2.
