Possible cause Solution
• Faulty electrical connection.
• Overvoltage
Cancel the error message by pressing
the button.
Switch off the power supply for about
1 minute.
Switch the power supply back on
again and select a new programme.
If the error appears again:
Switch the power supply off.
Have an electrician check the house
installation.
If the error appears again:
note down the error message in full
and the serial number (FN) and then
disconnect the power supply.
Call Customer Services.
