4.4 Cleaning the water circuit
Descaling
The following message will appear on the
display from time to time to indicate that you
should carry out the boiler descaling
procedure:
1. Touch the CONFIRM button to
accept the request to carry out the
descaling function.
2. Fill a jug with a descaling solution (e.g.
dilute citric acid).
3. Open the door completely.
4. Open the oven door.
5. Rest the jug on the open door.
6. Remove the tube from its seat.
The presence of scale due to lack
of descaling can compromise
correct operation of the appliance
in the long term.
It is recommended to mix 100 g of
citric acid in 250 ml of water.
Note: Do not use lactic acid.
PLEASE NOTE: the overall weight
of the jug containing the descaler
solution must be less than 5 kg.
