INSTALLATION AND CARE GUIDE FOR

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
WHAT TO DO
For regular routine cleaning, use a non-abrasive cleaner. This will keep the sink free from residue
and grease. Since the detergent used for washing dieses may not be removing grease from the sink,
the best results can be obtained by direct application of a non-abrasive household cleaner.
Cleaning products containing a mild abrasive and recommended by their manufacturer for use on
stainless steel sinks are generally satisfactory if the product use directions on the package are
followed.
WHAT NOT TO DO
Do not use common steel wool scouring pads or metal implements such as scrapers implements
such as scrapers and wire brushers.
Do not leave rubber pads in the sin k. the contact points where the mat rests on the sink tend to
collect residue which may leave marks on the sink and result in unsanitary areas.
Do not use a detergent containing chlorine, silver or sulfur hydrochloric acid. We advise that all
the user use the neutral detergent with a cloth or sponge and rub in the direction of the grain rinse
with water.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS- SINKS WITH TEMPLATES
NOTE: The template for making the sink-opening in the countertop is
provided in the box.The outer edge of the template indicates the actual
area of the countertop which must be cut out to accommodate the sink.
You need the following tools.
Pencil mounting clips drill
Jigsaw mounting screw silicone caulk
1. Place the template on the countertop in the exact
location where the sink is to be installed.
Ensure that the location chosen on the countertop
is perfectly flat
Ensure that the front of the template is parallel
with the front of the countertop edge.
Check the underside of the countertop to ensure
that the location chosen for the installation is free
from obstructions such as drawers, shelves,
partitions or other structural members.
Also ensure that sufficient space for the mounting
clamps is provided. Remove or re-locate any
obstructions.
2. Align the bowl under the counter cutout and
determine the location for the mounting brackets.
Once the locations is determined, mark the
appropriate locations to be drilled drill, use a 4/16
drill bit with a drill stop block to avoid drilling
through the top. For 1/2 countertop materials, set stop
to 3/8 deep. Gently tap the plastic grommet in with a
hammer. Because the narrow end of the plastic
grommet is inserted into the countertop.
3. Apply a continuous bead of silicon caulk around
the top lip of the sink
4. Attach the mounting brackets to the plastic
grommets inserted in the counter top and bowl and
tighten just enough to hold it in place.
5. Align the bowl with the counter top cutout and
fully tighten the brackets against the sink lip
