CYCLE SELECTOR
(TIMER) CONTROL
Use this control to choose the agitation
time and to start the washer.
For heavy soil and sturdy fabrics,
use the full time.
For light soil and delicate fabrics,
use less time.

The PERMANENT PRESS I Cycle
includes a load cooling spray rinse
that reduces wrinkling compared
to other cycles.
You can select up to 10 minutes of
wash time.
ULTRA CLEAN
Use this cycle for most loads to get
between 4 and 14 minutes of wash time.
PREWASH
Use this cycle to get up to 4 minutes
of agitation to help remove heavy soils
and stains that need pretreatment. PRE-
WASH Cycle should be followed by an
ULTRA CLEAN or PERMANENT PRESS
Cycle with additional detergent.
SOAK
SOAK Cycle features 4 minutes of
agitation followed by an unlimited soak
time to help remove heavy soils and
stains that need pretreatment. You will
need to reset the washer to a SPIN
setting to remove water. SOAK Cycle
should be followed by an ULTRA CLEAN,
PERMANENT PRESS, or PREWASH
Cycle with additional detergent.
NOTE: We do not recommend hot water
for soaking. It may set some stains.

A second rinse removes excess
detergent residue.
STEP 1. Set the WATER LEVEL Control.
STEP 2. Set the WASH / RINSE
TEMPERATURE Control.
STEP 3. Set the SPEEDS Control to the
desired position.
STEP 4. Set the Cycle Selector Control
(Timer) to 2nd RINSE.
STEP 5. Pull the Timer knob out to start
the washer.
NOTE: You may select an additional
SPIN only.
Set the Timer knob to SPIN.
An additional spin may shorten drying
times for heavy fabrics or special-care
items by removing excess water.
