Charge the battery when the Battery status indicator is red
or when the Battery is completely drained.

getting charged:
If you have a circuit breaker box, make sure that the circuit
is closed.
If the problem cannot be
corrected:
See the “Warranty and Service” sections.
Do not return the Cordless Hand Mixer to the retailer.
Retailers do not provide service.
