OPENING CARTON
1. Cuteachcornerof the cartonverticallyfromtop to bottom.
2. Removeall looseparts.
3. Removeloosepackingmaterial.
REMOVING UNIT FROM CARTON
1. Liftunit fromthe rearto detachit from underlyingcartonmaterial
androll unit out of carton.
2. Checkcarton thoroughlyfor anyotherlooseparts.

Attaching The Handle
1. Removeany packingmaterialwhich may be betweenupperand
lowerhandles.
A. Removewing nutsandcarriagebolts handleas shown
in Figure1.Do not loosenor removeadjacenthexhead
screws.
B. Whilestabilizingmowerso it doesn't move,pivot upper
handleupas shownin Figure2. Do notcrimp cablewhile
liftingthe handleup.
2. RemoveT-boltsfromthe handlebracketsas shownin Figure3.
