Thetemperaturecontrolsare presetinthefactoryat 37°Fforthe refrigeratorcompartmentand O°Fforthe
Freezercomportment.Allow24 hoursfor thetemperatureto stabilizeto thepresetrecommendedsettings.
ThetemperaturecontrolscondispfogboththeSETtemperatureas wellastheactualtemperaturein
therefrigeratorand freezer.Theactualtemperaturemayvary slightlyfromtheSETtemperaturebased
on usageandoperatingenvironment.
_ Onsomemodels,settingbothcontrolsto thewarmestsettinguntil thedisploblflashes(off)will stop
coolingin boththefreezerandrefrigeratorcompartments.
_ Onothermodels,settingeithercontrolto thewarmestsettinguntilthedisplogflashes(off)willstop
thecoolingto thefreezerand refrigerator.
_ NOTE:Turningtherefrigeratoroff via thecontrolsonthetouchpaneldoesnotshutoff electricalpower
to therefrigerator.
NOTE:Therefrigeratorisshippedwith protectivefilmcoveringthetemperaturecontrols.Ifthis film was
notremovedduringinstallation,removeit now
Performance Air Flow Sblstem
ThePerformanceAir-FlowSgstemisdesignedto
maximizetemperaturecontrolinthe refrigerator
andfreezercomportments.Thisuniquespecial
featureconsistsof the AirToweralongthe back
wall of the refrigeratorandthe AirTunnelonthe
bottomportionofthe freezerrear wall.Placing
food infront of the louverson thesecomponents
willnot affect performance.Althoughthe AirTower
andthe AirTunnelcanbe removed,doingsowill
affecttemperatureperformance.(Forremoval

How it Works
TurboCoolrapidlgcoolsthe refrigerator
compartmentin orderto morequicklgcoolfoods.
UseTurboCoolwhenaddinga largeamount
of food to the refrigeratorcompartment,putting
awagfoods aftertheghavebeensittingout at
roomtemperatureorwhen puttingawagwarm
leftovers.It can alsobeusedif the refrigeratorhas
beenwithoutpowerfor an extendedperiod.
Onceactivated,the compressorwill turn on
immediatelgand the fanswill cgcleon andoff
at highspeedas neededfor eighthours.
Thecompressorwill continueto rununtilthe
refrigeratorcompartmentcoolsto approximatelg
34°F(1°C),then it willcgcleon andoff to maintain
thissetting.After8 hours,orif TurboCoolis
pressedagain,the refrigeratorcompartment
will returnto the originalsetting.
Howto Use
PressTurboCool.TheTurboCooltemperature
displagwill showTcand the LEDwill beactivated.
AfterTurboCooliscomplete,the TurboCool
indicatorlightwill go out.
NOTES:Therefrigeratortemperaturecannot
bechangedduringTurboCool.
Thefreezertemperatureisnot affected
duringTurboCool.
Whenopeningthe refrigeratordoor
duringTurboCool,the fanswillcontinue
to runif theg havecgcledon.
