ForTwo (2) yearsfromdateofpurchaseSearsCanada,Inc.willrepairorreplaceat Searsoptionfreeofchargepartswhichare
defectiveas a resultofmaterialorworkmanship.
FULL ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY ON BATTERY
For One (1) year from date of purchase,if any batteryincludedwith this ridingequipmentprovesdefectivein materialor
workmanshipandourtestingdeterminesthebatterywillnotholda charge,Searswillreplacethebatteryat nocharge.
COMMERCIAL OR RENTAL USE
WarrantyonRidingEquipmentusedforcommercialorrentalpurposes islimited toninety (90) days.
This Warranty does NOT cover:
1. Pre-dellveryset-up.
2. Tire replacement or repair caused by puncturesfrom outside objects(such as nails,thorns, stumps, or glass).
3. ExpendableItems which become worn during normal use,such as blades, spark plug,sir cleanersend belts.
4. Repairs necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, including damaged jeokshaft or mandrel end the
failure to operateand maintain theequipment accordingto the InstructionscontainedIn the Owner's Manual,
5. In Home service.
Warranty service is available by returning the Craftsman Riding Equipment to the nearest Sears Service Cantre/Depadmant in
Canada. This warranty applies only while this product isin use in Canada.
This warranty is in addition to any statutory warranty and does not exclude or limit legal rights you may have but shall run
concurrently with applicable provincial legislation. Furthermore, some provinces do NOT allow limitationon how long an implied
warranty will last so the above limitationsmay not apply to you.
