maintained,lubricatedandtuned upaccordingto theinstructionsin the owner'smanual,
Searswill repairorreplacefreeof chargeany partsthat arefoundto be defectivein
materialorworkmanshipaccordingto theguidelinesofcoveragelistedbelow.Searswill
alsoprovidefreelaborfortheseapplicablewarrantedpartsforthetwofullyears.During
thefirst 30 daysof purchase,therewill be nochargesto servicethe productatyour
homefor issuescoveredbythiswarranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryourconve-
nience, INHOMEwarrantyservicewill still be availableafterthe first 30 daysof pur-
chase,butatrip chargewillapply.Thischargewill bewaivedifthe Craftsmanproductis

the UnitedStates.
ThisWarrantydoesnotcover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomewornduring normaluse,includingbutnotlimitedto
blades,spark plugs,air cleaners,belts,andoilfilters.
• StandardMaintenanceServicing,oil changes, ortune-ups.
• Tirereplacementorrepaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,
thorns,stumps,orglass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnotlimitedto, damage
causedbytowingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityofthe ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto,elec-
tricaland mechanicaldamagecausedbyimproperstorage,failureto usetheproper
gradeandamountofengineoil,failureto keepthe deckclearof flammabledebris,
orfailureto maintaintheequipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontami-
natedoroxidized(stale). In general,fuelshould beusedwithin30 daysof itspur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearoftheexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYON BATTERY
Forninety(90) daysfromdate ofpurchase,if anybatteryincludedwith thisridingequip-
mentprovesdefectivein materialorworkmanshipandourtestingdeterminesthebattery
will notholdacharge,Searswill replacethebatteryatno charge. Duringthe first30
daysofpurchase,therewillbe no chargesto replacethebatteryatyour HOME. After
thefirst 30 days,foryour convenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewill stillbe avail-
ablebutatripchargewillapply. This chargewill bewaivedifthe Craftsmanproductis
droppedoff atan authorizedSearslocation.ForthenearestauthorizedSearslocation,

Thisbatterywarrantyappliesonlywhile thisproductiswithinthe UnitedStates.
