Made from premium materials and built to last, Rinnai provides a standard 3 year (12

Year Heat exchanger) parts and labour warranty on all Rinnai Innity Continuous Flow

Hot Water systems plus an optional 13 years extended heat exchanger warranty.

Rinnai revolutionised the Australian water heating market in the early 1990’s when it launched the rst

electronic controlled Gas Continuous Flow Hot Water System. Appropriately named, the RINNAI INFINITY

delivered new user experience of steady and continuous temperature controlled hot water that never ran out.

Fast-forward 28 years, the RINNAI INFINITY has been re-invented. Rinnai has introduced signicant

improvements and changes to its agship models; Innity 16L, 20L, 26L and 26L Touch as well as adding a

new 12L offering while at the same time maintaining performance and the high level of quality expected from

the Rinnai name.

Pricing for the new Innity range and related accessories will remain the same as per the current price list

effective 1 March 2018.

New Innity 12L

The newest offering to our market leading range, the Innity 12L offers all the features and benets of

its larger counterparts but aimed at smaller dwellings and the replacement mechanical instantaneous

market. This unit utilises 240V power to deliver unparalleled water temperature stability, energy eciency

and reliability.The Innity 12L comes with a status monitor that displays the set temperature, assists with

servicing and ne tuning.

Controller options also ensure that energy eciency and user comfort is maximised, controllers can be either

wireless or hard-wired. For installations that require a minimum footprint or an unobtrusive aesthetic look, our

recess box and pipe cover options are the perfect solution.

Rinnai offers a comprehensive range of new accessories that assist with the installation and visual impact of our

continuous flow range. Working closely with customers and plumbers Rinnai has developed and improved its

offering of installation aids and accessories that are specically suited to the new Innity Range.

New Order Codes

New Innity model codes are identied with a sufx A on the model code and have new barcodes. New models are

further identied with updated packaging and will start to flow through to stores April/May as current stock is run-out.

Extended Warranty Option Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in this extended warranty program is optional and subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Within the rst 12 months of installation you must complete and submit your product warranty registration. The Extended Warranty Option can only be

registered online, please visit www.rinnai.com.au for registration.

3. Each eligible Innity product must have a general maintenance completed in accordance with the service schedule, performed by Rinnai Australia Pty Ltd (or its

nominated appointee) as follows:

• Serviced within the fth year after the date of installation. This provides an additional 4 years warranty on the Heat Exchanger (for a total of 16 years)

• Serviced within the tenth year after the date of installation. This provides an additional 3 years warranty on the Heat Exchanger (for a total of 19 years)

• Serviced within the fteenth year after date of installation. This provides an additional 3 years warranty on the Heat Exchanger (for a total of 22 years)

• Serviced within the twentieth year after date of installation. This provides an additional 3 years warranty on the Heat Exchanger (for a total of 25 years)

4. These services will be charged for by Rinnai.

5. In addition to meeting the conditions set out above, it is essential to comply with all of the general terms and conditions of the product warranty.

6. To obtain your extended warranty you must:

• During your scheduled service year, contact Rinnai to have a general service performed, and charged for by Rinnai. Service can be booked on line or by calling

1300 555 545.

• Ensure you retain proof of service in the form of proof of payment for service to Rinnai, and that the service maintenance schedule following has been completed

and endorsed.

7. Standard warranty applies should you not opt in the Extended Warranty program.
