2.2 Description of parts
Freezer compartment
For storing frozen foods, freezing fresh
foods and producing ice cubes.
Refrigerator compartment
For storing fresh foods.
Defrost water outlet
Defrost water is channelled through a
dedicated opening connected to a pan on
the back of the appliance.
Super-cold compartment
Can be used for maintaining freshness and
flavour of delicate food such as meat, fish
and lightly frozen foods for a longer time
period, since temperature is kept constantly
between −2°C and +3°C.
Interior lighting
The interior of the appliance is lit when the
door is opened and turned off when it is
closed.
Refrigerator thermostat
For adjusting temperature inside the
refrigerator compartment.
Freezer thermostat
For adjusting temperature inside the freezer
compartment.
Quick freezing compartment
For freezing cooked and fresh food more
rapidly, thanks to the greater cooling
capacity resulting from the forced
recirculation of air inside.
Do not place food to be frozen or
trays to make ice in the super-cold
compartment.
In cold seasons it is advisable to
set higher temperatures to reduce
energy consumption.
Make sure that the quick freezing
compartment door is closed
before closing the freezer door.
