General Installation/Operation/Maintenance Requirements
Flush new cartridge at full flow for 3 minutes to purge out trapped air.
Replace cartridge when flow becomes too slow.

This th'inkiug water system must be inair tained according to manufacturer s instructions, including replacement of filter
cartridges.
Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or
after the system. Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected water that may contain filterable cysts.
The contaminants or other substances relnoved or reduced by this water treatment system are not necessarily in your
water.
Check for compliance with the state and local laws and regmlations.
Note that while the testing was perfornled under standard laborato W conditions, actual performance may vary. Systems
must be installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer's recommended procedures and guidelines.
