Fish fillet
Season the ready-to-cook fish fillet
according to taste, place in a
microwave-safe, ovenproof dish, cover
with heat-resistant film or with a
microwave-safe cover, enter the weight
and cook.
Red berry compote
(serves4)
Total time required: 15–20minutes
Ingredients
400g mixed berries
(e.g. strawberries, raspberries), fresh or
frozen
50ml strawberry syrup
1–2tbsp cornflour
20ml crème de cassis
Method
Add 100ml water and the strawberry
syrup to the berries in a bowl.
Mix together the cornflour with 2tbsp
water and the crème de cassis. Add to
the berries and cook according to the
programme.
