Yes, these solar panels are weatherproof. The weatherproofing includes UV protection and protects
from weather effects of -35°F-175°F (-37°C - 79°C).
Can I overcharge my battery?
Yes, a charge controller (included) must be used to prevent the battery from overcharging.
How many panels can I connect to my 7 Amp solar charge controller?
You can connect up to 105 W of solar power to the 7 Amp solar charge controller. Panels should be
connected in parallel – positive to positive, negative to negative.
When will the charged indication light (green) light up?
The charged indication green light will light up when the battery voltage reaches 14.2 Volts and the
charge controller will prevent the solar panels from overcharging the battery. It is normal for the charge
controller LED to light on and off as the battery voltage cuts in and out. Be aware that not all batteries
may reach 14.2V depending on their age, condition or use.
Warranty
The solar panels are covered by a five year limited warranty. Sunforce Products Inc warrants to the
original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
one year from date of purchase. Power output is warranted for five years from date of purchase.
The solar charge controller is covered by a one year limited warranty. Sunforce Products Inc warrants
to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one year from date of purchase.
The 200W Power Inverter is covered by a one year limited warranty. Sunforce Products Inc warrants
to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one year from date of purchase.
