Problem Tip
Controller does not work with USB
connection
• Check if controller is compatible with Android OS 11 or
later.
• Turn off the TV and reconnect with USB. Turn the TV
back on.
Controller does not work with
Bluetooth connection
• Check if controller supports Android OS 11 or later.
• Check if controller battery is charged.
• Unpair/re-pair the Bluetooth device.
• Reset controller and reconnect.
Lagging or skipping
• Check if internet speed is enough to stream a game
smoothly. 10 Mbps internet connection is the minimum
recommended. To play in 4K resolution, you will need
an active Stadia Pro subscription and a network speed of
35 Mbps or greater.
• Turn off other active programs that may be slowing
down your internet connection.
• Try restarting your router
• Try moving closer to your Wi-Fi setup.
• If connected to internet with Wi-Fi, try connecting with
an Ethernet cable instead for a more stable connection
if possible.
