Charging
If you use electrical accessories that drain the
battery or you do not ride frequently, we
recommend that you charge the battery every
30 days using a charger recommended by your
lithium-ion (li-ion) battery manufacturer.
Contact your dealer before charging the
battery.
Make sure the battery terminals are
disconnected before charging the battery.
NOTICE
Only use a charger recommended by your
lithium-ion (li-ion) battery manufacturer. Using a
battery charger that is not recommended can
cause permanent damage to your battery.
NOTICE
Improper charging can damage the battery. If
you can’t charge the battery or it appears unable
to hold a charge, contact your dealer.
