Did you select the Staintreat option?
The Staintreat option must be selected for it to be included in
a wash cycle. The Staintreat option should be started on a
dry load only. Staintreat should not be selected after the tub
has started filling with water.
The Staintreat option is a default option in the Heavy Duty
cycle and may be added to other cycles. It is not available in
Bulky/Bedding, Rinse & Spin or Drain & Spin.

washing.

Were items damaged before washing? Mend rips and broken
threads in seams before washing.
Did you overload the washer?
See "Starting Your Washer" for maximum load size.

slightly for hot and warm washes. This is normal.
To reduce wrinkling, the warm rinse is regulated to be cooler
than the warm wash.
Did you select Save Energy Plus?
The Save Energy Plus option reduces wash and rinse water
temperatures to save energy. This option must be selected
prior to the start of the cycle. Save Energy Plus is only
available in the Heavy Duty and Whitest Whites cycles.

Did the dispenser drain properly?
A small amount of water will be left in the dispenser at the
