Problem LED Status Cause Solution
Gas valve Slow flash Normal operation. ● No problem.
Fast flash Normal operation. ● Wait until gas control generates a self-reset.
Call for heat.
Solid red LED Lockout condition. ● Replace gas valve.
Internal failure
detected.
2 flashes Lockout condition. ● Third failed ignition attempt. Unplug to reset
Ignition failure. control.
● Contact local qualified service agent. Make sure
manual gas shutoff valve is open. If pressure is
too high the valve will not operate. Refer to “Gas
Supply” in the “Installing” section.
● Clean any scale buildup from burner and pilot
assembly.
● The spark ignitor assembly could be damaged or
broken. If so, replace assembly.
● Bleed air from gas line.
3 flashes Lockout condition. ● Contact local qualified service agent.
Switch fails to open. ● Replace pressure switch.
4 flashes Lockout condition. ● Contact local qualified service agent. Inspect
Switch fails to close. vent pipe and dilution air inlet for blockage.

● Make certain proper ventilation air is supplied.

5 flashes Lockout condition. ● Check electrical supply outlet.
Neutral polarity failure.
6 flashes Lockout condition. ● Replace valve.
