INSTALLING YOUR CIGAR HUMIDOR
Unpack and remove all the protection and adhesive strips from the packaging
around and inside the cigar humidor.
The cigar humidor must be positioned such that the plug is accessible. The cigar
humidor should be installed in a suitable place where the compressor will not
be subject to physical contact.
Leveling your cigar humidor: cigar humidor must be leveled BEFORE loading
your cigar.
Your cigar humidor is equipped with 4 adjustable feet to facilitate easy leveling.
It is recommended that you tighten the back feet to the maximum and adjust
the front feet to level the cigar humidor.
FACTORY ODOR REMOVAL
Wash the interior of the humidor with a mild detergent and warm water. Make
sure to not get the wood wet. Leave the door open and allow it to air dry
thoroughly. If a “plastic” smell persists, place a dish of baking soda in the unit
or stuff the humidor with newspapers overnight. When finished, let the unit
run a full day to complete the airing out process.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person in
order to avoid electrical hazard.
DRAWER SET-UP
The drawers and shelves included with this humidor are designed to sit flush
with the front edge of the cabinet. This will allow air to circulate freely through
the unit. When inserting the drawers and shelves, avoid pushing them all the
way against the rear wall of the cabinet.
