Pump Crankcase Oil. If this oil is not available, an SAE 15W-40 oil may be used. Change

theoilaftertherst50hoursofoperationandevery100hoursthereafterorevery3months.

Pump Maintenance

1. Oil sight glass

2. Oilllplug/ventcap

3. Oil drain plug (not shown)

1.Loosenthepumpoilllplug/ventcap.

2. Place a container under the oil drain plug.

3. Remove the oil drain plug.

4. After the oil has drained, insert the oil drain plug; tighten securely.

5. For AAA

pumps,rellwithSIMPSON

Premium Pump Crankcase Oil. If this oil is not

For CAT Pumps

***,rellusinganon-detergenthydraulicoil(ISO68).

6. Make sure the oil level meets but does not exceed the dot in the center of the sightglass.

7.Inserttheoilllplug;tightensecurely.
