Defrosting
The unit defrosts automatically during normal operating conditions.
The evaporator behind the rear wall of the unit defrosts automatically. The condensate collects in
the drainage channel behind the rear wall of the unit, and flows through the drainage hole into the
drip tray by the compressor where it evaporates.
However, frost may accumulate on the evaporator if the unit is repeatedly opened in a high heat or
high humidity location. If this frost pattern does not clear within 24 hours, your unit will require
manual defrosting.
Bottle Storage and Accessory Capacity
This unit comes with two accessory inserts for the upper drawer. One insert can accommodate a full
set of restaurant pans, and the other insert is a wine rack, which can accommodate 5 bottles of wine.
Wine bottles can vary in size and shape, and the stated capacity may not apply to every varietal.
