The repairor replacementof any warrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybe excludedfromsuch warrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoor equipmentenginehas beenabused,neglected,or improperlymaintained,and thatsuch abuse, neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part.That notwithstanding,any adjustmentof a componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligible for warrantycoverage. Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presenton the off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
