Grease .filters
The etticiencv ot your downdratt depends on a
clean filte_: Frequency of cleaning depends on the
t}pe of cooking you do. Grease filte_ should be
cleaned at least once a month. Never operate the
downdratt without the filte_ in place.
To remove: Pull the filte_ out by grasping them
and pulling straight up.
To deml: Soak and then agitate in a hot detergent
solution. I,ight brushing may be used to remove
embedded soil. Rinse, shake and remove moisture
betore replacing.
