The ideal temperature and humidity
79
Risk of damage caused by ex-
cess moisture
This will lead to condensation on the
interior walls, which can cause corro-
sion damage.
Do not introduce additional moisture
into the air, e.g., by placing a dish of
water inside the wine conditioning
unit.
Increasing the humidity
If you have set a higher level of humid-
ity, the fans will switch on automati-
cally. This will distribute the humidity
and the temperature evenly around the
wine conditioning unit so that you can
store all your wine under the same ex-
cellent conditions. The fans switch off
automatically when the appliance door
is opened and remain switched off for
as long as it is kept open.
Touch the sensor control to set the
temperature.
Use the and sensor controls to
select the wine conditioning zone for
which you want to increase the hu-
midity and select OK to confirm your
selection.
Touch the button.
The button will then be highlighted in
color.
Confirm your selection with OK or
wait approx. 8seconds after touching
the button for the last time. The set-
ting will be automatically adopted.
The humidity increases in the selected
wine conditioning zone.
Not increasing the humidity
Touch the sensor control to set the
temperature.
Use the and sensor controls to
select the wine conditioning zone for
which you do not want to increase
the humidity and select OK to confirm
your selection.
Touch the button.
The button will then no longer be
highlighted in color.
Confirm your selection with OK or
wait approx. 8seconds after touching
the button for the last time. The set-
ting will be automatically adopted.
The humidity decreases in the selected
wine conditioning zone.
