IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
• This vacuum cleaner may be used by children 8 years of age
and older and by persons with physical or mental impairments
or by inexperienced persons, if they are properly supervised
or have been informed about how to use this vacuum cleaner
in a safe manner and understand the potential dangers.
Children must not play with the vacuum cleaner. Cleaning and
maintenance performed by the user must not be performed
by unsupervised children. Keep the vacuum cleaner and its
accessories out of reach of children that are younger than
8years of age.
• This vacuum cleaner is designed for use in households,
oces and similar types of areas. Do not use in industrial
surroundings.
• Do not expose the vacuum cleaner to direct sunlight and do
not place it near an open re or appliances that are asource of
heat.
• Before connecting the power cord to apower socket, check
that the technical details on the vacuum cleaner’srating label
match the electrical voltage in the socket.
• Make sure the power cord is not touching a hot surface or
sharp objects.
• Do not submerge the vacuum cleaner under water or any
other liquid and do not rinse it under running water.
• Before turning on the vacuum cleaner, make sure that the
dust bag is inserted inside and that the inow micro-lter and
the outow lter are installed in their place.
• When the vacuum cleaner is running, ensure that the air
outlets and the suction opening are not blocked.

• Do not use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum the following items:
–
smouldering cigarettes, burning items, matches or embers;
– water and other liquids;
– ammable or volatile materials;
– sharp items, e.g. broken glass, needles, pins, etc.;
– our, wall plaster, cement and other building materials;
– larger pieces of paper or plastic bags, which can easily block
the suction opening.
• Vacuuming of some types of oors or oor surfaces can create
aelectrostatic discharge, which presents no danger to the user.
• Do not place the suction nozzle or tube against any parts of
the face.
• Always turn o the vacuum cleaner and disconnect it from
the power socket when leaving it without supervision, after
nishing using it and before cleaning it.
• Disconnect the power cord from the power socket by pulling
on the plug, never pulling on the cord. Otherwise, this could
damage the power cord or the socket. Hold the power cord in
your hand when winding it up.
• In the event that the power cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by an authorised service centre or by a similarly
qualied person, this will prevent the creation of adangerous
situation. It is forbidden to use the vacuum cleaner if it has
adamaged power cord.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner if it is not working correctly, if
it has been damaged or has been submerged in water. Do not
repair the vacuum cleaner yourself or make any adjustments to
it. Have all repairs performed at an authorised service centre. By
tampering with the appliance, you risk voiding your legal rights
arising from unsatisfactory performance or quality warranty.

ASSEMBLY
Insert the hose into the air suction opening
Press both the safety buttons on the end of the hose end and insert the hose end into the air suction opening on
the vacuum cleaner until you hear a "click". The hose is now secured in the correct position.
Attach the holder to the telescopic tube
Make sure to install the holder on the wider part of the telescopic tube.

Attach the oor inlet nozzle to the telescopic tube
Make sure the oor nozzle is attached the narrower part of the telescopic tube.
Adjust the length of the telescopic tube
Adjust the length of the telescopic tube as follow: Move and hold the button on the tube forward as shown by
arrows and adjust the length of the tube as needed. Release the button and move the tube slightly forward until
you hear a "click". The telescopic tube is now securely xed in position.
Select the type of dust container
It is possible to use this vacuum cleaner both with and without bags. Choose your preferred vacuuming mode and
depending on that insert either a dust container (pic. 1) or a dust bag (pic. 2).

Note:
When using the dust bag do not forget to insert the supplied plastic foam lter into the grooves in
front of the motor.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Connecting your vacuum cleaner to the electrical power network
Pull the plug attached to the power cord out from the vacuum cleaner until the desired length of the cable is out of
the appliance. Insert the plug to the wall outlet.
Caution:
Yellow marking on the supply cable warns that the cable is close to its end. Do not pull the cable
more than to the red marking.
Adjusting the oor inlet nozzle according to the oor surface.
You may set the inlet nozzle according to the oor surface by adjusting the inlet ap:
• If you want to vacuum carpets, close the bristles of the inlet inside the inlet nozzle, by turning the ap
accordingly.

• If you want to vacuum hard and smooth surface, move the bristles out of the nozzle, by turning the ap
accordingly.
Turning your vacuum cleaner on and o
To switch your machine on or o, press the START / STOP button on the vacuum cleaner body.
Adjusting the suction strength
The suction strength may be adjusted by moving the rider on the vacuum cleaner body (small range) or by the
moveable rider on the hose handler.
Tip:
If the hose holder becomes blocked when vacuuming, disconnect it from the telescopic tube and also
disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner body. Then place the holder inside the suction hole on
the vacuum cleaner body and vacuum the stuck dirt out.
Temporary interruption of the vacuuming process
If you want to temporarily stop the vacuuming process, place the telescopic tube using the notches on the oor
hose into one of the parking positions - at the back or bottom of the vacuum cleaner.
Caution:
Do not move the appliance from place to place if the hose is in the parking position! You may
brake o the parking position holder!
Using your accessories
A combination nozzle is located In the bottom part of the vacuum cleaner:
• When in the standard setting you can use it as a slit nozzle for vacuuming hard to reach places (e.g. windows,
corners, bookshelves, area between mattresses, upholstery, etc.).
• By extending the brush you can use it as a pillow hose (e.g. vacuuming of beds, upholstery, etc.).
Ending the vacuuming process
When you nish vacuuming, switch the vacuum cleaner o by pressing the START/STOP button and then
disconnect the supply cable plug from the socket.
To wind the power cord back to the vacuum cleaner, press and hold the winding button with one hand. Hold the
cable with your other hand to protect the vacuum cleaner input area from damage.
Tip:
If the winding process stops and part of the power cord is still outside, release the winding button and
pull the cable out again by about 50 cm and press the winding button again and repeat the winding
process.
Carrying your vacuum cleaner
If you need to carry the vacuum cleaner, hold it only by the handle.
STORAGE AND ACCESSORIES
Before storage you may disassemble your vacuum cleaner into its individual parts or you may store it assembled
with the telescopic tube stored in one of the "parking" positions (the rear or bottom position).

Changing the dust bag
If while the suction hose is lifted above the vacuumed area and the power is set to maximum and the indicator
seen through the clear window shows "full" (full colour in the indicator) then it is necessary to replace the dust bag:
1) Open the vacuum cleaner cover.
2) Remove the old dust bag.
3) Insert a new one in the same position.
4) Close the vacuum cleaner cover.
Caution:
Never attempt to wash paper bags as they are single use only and once full are to be disposed of
together with household waste. It is only possible to wash textile bags!
Emptying the dust container
1) Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner.
2) Open the vacuum cleaner cover and remove the dust container by pulling it up with its handle.
3) Place the dust container above a waste bin.
4) Press the safety lock and open the bottom lid of the container.
5) Dust and dirt may be put in regular household waste.
6) Then by turning remove the H.E.P.A. lter from the container and tip out the remaining dust and dirt.
7) Insert the H.E.P.A. lter back into the container and turn it to lock it into position.
8) Close the bottom lid of the container. Make sure the safety lock button is engaged.
9) Place the dust container back into the vacuum cleaner.
Tip:
We recommend washing the dust container and the dust lter under running, lukewarm water.
Caution:
Before installing the dust container and the dust lter back into your appliance, make sure that
both the container and the lter are completely dry.

Replacing the inlet foam lter
Note:
The input plastic foam lter is only used when using the mode with the dust bag! When not
using the dust bag a dust container is inserted in the grooves in front of the motor and so it is not
possible to use a lter.

1) Open the vacuum cleaner cover and take out the frame with the inow lter.
2) Replace the inow plastic foam lter with a new one a together with the frame put it back into the vacuum
cleaner. Ensure that the ribbing of the lter frame always faces outwards and that the black foam part of the
lter faces outwards also.
Replacement of the inow H.E.P.A. lter
1) Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner.
2) Open the vacuum cleaner cover and remove the dust container by pulling it up with its handle.
3) Press the safety lock and open the bottom lid of the container.
4) By turning remove the H.E.P.A. lter from the container and replace with a new one.
5) Insert the H.E.P.A. lter back into the container and turn it to lock it into position.
6) Close the bottom lid of the container. Make sure the safety lock button is engaged.
7) Place the dust container back into the vacuum cleaner.
Replacement of the outow H.E.P.A. lter
1) Press the safety lock to open the frame of the outow lter.
2) Replace the outow lter together with its plastic frame.
3) Replace the plastic foam lter with a new one a together with the frame put it back into the vacuum cleaner.
Ensure that the black foam always faces into the vacuum cleaner and the white foam outwards. This will ensure
that at the outow the rough particles will be ltered out before the ne particles.
To clean the outer parts of the vacuum cleaner, use a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water. Do not use harsh
cleaning uids, paint thinners or solvents. These can damage the surface of the appliance.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Before you decide to contact authorized service centre, read these following tips in the troubleshooting chart:
