Fill fuel tank.
See "TO START ENGINE" in
Engine flooded.
Bad spark plug.
Dirty air filter.
Dirty fuel filter.

Wait several minutes before
attempting to start.
Replace spark plug.
Clean/replace air filter.

Drain fuel tank and carburetor,
refill tank with fresh
