Purchaser m ust not ify Seller of non- conform ing goods within four days of delivery, aft er which t im e all goods are deem ed accept ed. I f an order has been placed and
production has started, cancellation of your order will be a 15% charge. I f Purchaser t enders paym ent wit h a check t hat has insufficient funds ( NSF), or st ops
paym ent on a check or credit card for any reason, Purchaser agrees to pay for all cost s associat ed wit h t he Seller’s collect ion or litigation of su ch a cl ai m , i n cl u d i n g
wit hout lim it at ion general and special dam ages, court cost s and attorneys’ fees. Finance charges begin t he dat e of invoice. Collect ion fees plus NSF fee of $50 will
