By raisin 9 or lowering _ne presser foot lifter,
the _resser foot goes up and down.
While in operation, keep tiqe Dresser foot
owered except for testing stitches,
threading the machine or sewing heavy
weight fabrics.
NOTE: Thread tension will not be released
if the presser foot is raised.
