FIREPLACE INSTALLATION
NOTE: A barrier designed to reduce the risk of burns
from the hot viewing glass is provided with this
appliance and shall be installed for the protection of
children and other at risk individuals. If the barrier
becomes damaged, the barrier shall be replaced with
the manufacturer's barrier for this appliance.* Any
safety screen, guard, or barrier removed for servicing
the appliance must be replaced prior to operating the
appliance.

Install the Large Screen

1. Remove screen from packaging.
2. Align the three (3) slots in the top of the screen with
the three (3) tabs on top of the rebox. These are
the tabs on which the glass frame hangs. Slide the
screen down onto the tabs.
3. Push the bottom of the frame into the clamps at the
bottom of the rebox and secure latch.
Install the Small Screen (PFLDV, CRLDV, CLLDV)

1. Remove screen from packaging.
2. Remove the three (3) screws at the bottom of the
glass frame.
3. Align the three (3) slots in the top of the screen with
the three (3) tabs on top of the rebox. These are
the tabs on which the glass frame hangs. Slide the
screen down onto the tabs.
4. Push the bottom of the frame into place and re-install
the screws through the screen frame and the glass
frame into the rebox.
NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the
installer to ensure the barrier is afxed
to the replace at the time of installation.
WARNING: The safety screen barrier must
be installed after the glass front is in place.
It is NOT a replacement for the glass and
the unit must NOT be operated without the
glass in place.
