PRIMO UTILIZZO
Sciacquare, asciugare ed oliare
leggermente la bistecchiera.
POSIZIONAMENTO
Nel caso di eventuali pareti che superino
in altezza il piano di lavoro, assicurarsi
che la bistecchiera rimanga sempre ad
una distanza minima di 160 mm dalla
parete laterale. Se uno dei bruciatori
vicini alla parete posteriore di legno
fosse un tripla corona, mantenere da tale
parete una distanza di 160mm dal bordo
della bistecchiera (Fig.1).Fare attenzione
che le fiamme dei bruciatori non escano
dal bordo della bistecchiera. Posizionare
la bistecchiera sempre all'interno del
perimetro del piano di cottura (fig. 2)
sopra le griglie e solo su bruciatori a gas.
IMPIEGO
Potrete usare la bistecchiera per cuocere
alla griglia, gratinare o come
barbecue.
Durante l'uso le maniglie andranno
posizionate verticalmente (fig. 1).
Accendere sulla potenza massima i
bruciatori che si trovano sotto la
bistecchiera per 10 minuti, dopodichè
impostarli sulla minima potenza. Non
superare mai i 45 minuti di utilizzo.
PULIZIA DOPO OGNI UTILIZZO
La bistecchiera può essere pulita con
maggiore facilità quando è ancora
tiepida. Non immergerla in acqua
subito dopo l'uso, attendere che si
raffreddi.
Toglierla dal piano di cottura e procedere
alla sua pulizia mediante una spazzola
per piastre in ghisa, acqua calda e un
normale detergente da cucina (fig. 3).
Eventuali incrostazioni o residui di cibo
rimasti saranno facilmente rimovibili
lasciando la bistecchiera a bagno per un
po' di tempo. Asciugarla accuratamente.
USE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Rinse, dry and lightly oil the griddle.
POSITION
If the work surface is next to any walls,
make sure that the griddle is always
positioned at least 160 mm away.
If one of the burners close to the wooden
rear wall is of triple flame type, leave a
gap of at least 160 mm between this wall
and the edge of the griddle plate (Fig.1).
Do not allow the burner flames to extend
beyond the edge of the griddle plate.
Place the griddle well inside the edge of
the cooker (fig. 2) on the grille and only
on gas burners.
USE
The griddle can be used to grill or
gratinate food, or as a barbecue.
When in use, place the handles in a
vertical position (fig. 1).
Operate the burners underneath the
griddle plate for 10 minutes at maximum
power, then turn them down to the
minimum setting. Never use the griddle
plate for more than 45 minutes.
CLEANING AFTER USE
It is easier to clean the griddle when it is
still warm. Do not place in water
immediately after use, but wait until it
cools down a little.
Remove from the cooker and clean using
a brush for cast iron pans, hot water and
normal washing up detergent (fig. 3).
Any stubborn marks or food residues can
be removed more easily if the griddle is
left to soak for a while. Dry carefully.
