Users can adjust the time of pressure-keeping according to the food and personal cooking experiences.
please select the menu according to the food you want to cook.
a.Choosing the menu on the control panel, if you want to cook rice, pls pressricebutton. Then
the machine will strat to work.
7.Switch on the powerit will show0000
8.Set the parameter and start heating.
set the preset time, ( if you dont want to preset the time in advance,
so this step is needless ),
presstimer button , and this button will be on light ,means add 0.5 hour each time. You can
repeat this setting by pressing this button. Longest time you can preset is 24 hours
(after presetting the time, then it begins heating).
b.If you want to choose optional pressure time please refer to the cooking
guide( see picture 12 ). Pressoptional pressure timebutton, then press this button again,
it will add the pressure-keeping time by 1 minute. Repeating press this button. (Prcssurc-
keeping time refers to the time it keeps when the food inside comes up to the working
pressure during heating)
If the function of timer is preset, and the timing light is on, so the LCD display decreases
the time by minute , and when it comes to0, the light is off and it begins to heat.
Please refer toCOOKINGGUIDEfor details. ( see Picture 12) The display shows0000
when it finishes the process of pressure keeping, and it rings 3 times. it will enter into
warm-keeping state when finish cooking.
You can cancel the functions you set by pressing theCancel warmth button in the course of
cooking or function setting.
When the ptrssure comes up to the working pressure during heating, and entets into the pressure-
keeping procedures
a. the LCD shows P:00 ( 00is the time which is set for keeping pressurc ), and time fo r
pressure-keeping reduces by minute.
b. If you choose optional pressure timebutton, the display will showP:00 (00is the
time which is set for keeping pressure, if you set the time as 15 minutes, so the display
shows P:15 ), and time for pressure-keeping reduces by minute.
You can cencel the function of keeping warm by pressing Cancel warmth, without the
state of working or function sett ng.
9.Open the lid and take out of the food.When the warm-keeping light is on, then you can take
out of the food. The ways as following:pressing Cancel warmthand come out of warmin
state. Then please move the pressure limitation valve to the position of exhausting, until the
float valve is down

5. Close the lid. Before closing, please check the gallbladder has been already put inside of the
lid and also rotate slightly the gallbladder support cover with hand to make sure it is evenly put
on the lid. Then take hold of the handle and turn the lid anti-clockwise to close the lid until you
hear “click
6. Put the exhaust valve on the full sealed position, and check if the float valve has been down or
not. (see picture 10.11)
Clean and Maintenance
2.Then take out the inner pan and lid , and firstly use the household detergent for cleaning, and
then use clean water , at last use the dry cloth to wipe out the water .

*When cooking the spoon meat (porridge , viscous pill), it should be cooled down naturally
until the float valve is down , then can release the air . Also the wet towel can be put on the
lid to accelerate the cooling .
*Users can adjust the time suitably in accordance with food ,personal preference and
cooking experience.
*When finish cooking the soup and porridge , the float valve is down and then it is ready to
be opened . The soup and porridge will be more delicious if you keep them heating up and
boiling for 3-5 minutes with the lid open .
