Problem Cause and remedy
At the end of the pro-
gramme, the buzzer
sounds and the display
shows the following
message:
Fault F601
There is a fault in the AutoDos.
Switch the dishwasher off and back on again.
Check whether the PowerDisk holder and the
PowerDisk have been fitted correctly (see the “De-
tergent” chapter, “Automatic dispensing/AutoDos”
section).
Activate the AutoDosfunction and start the pro-
gramme again.
If the fault message appears again, there is a tech-
nical fault. You can continue to use your dishwasher
by deactivating automatic dispensing using the
AutoDossensor control and manually dispensing
the detergent into the detergent compartment.
If you wish to use automatic dispensing again,
contact Miele Service.
At the end of the pro-
gramme, the alarm tone
sounds and the display
shows the following
message:
AutoDos maintenance re-
quired
The dishwasher does
not switch off at the end
of the programme.
The wash items may not
be clean because an in-
sufficient amount of de-
tergent was dispensed.
The AutoDosfunc-
tion is automatically de-
activated during the
programme sequence.
An empty PowerDisk has been inserted or the Auto-
Dos is blocked by residual detergent. Detergent
dosage is insufficient.
The AutoDosfunction was automatically deactiv-
ated.
Switch the dishwasher off and back on again.
Multiple messages appear in the display.
Clean the pouring channel of the AutoDos (see
“Detergent” chapter, “Cleaning the AutoDos” sec-
tion).
Clean the lower spray arm (see “Cleaning and
care” chapter, “Cleaning the spray arms” section).
Select OK to confirm each message.
Activate the AutoDosfunction by confirming the
messageAutoDos available using OK.
Start the programme again.
The programme duration will be extended by up to
2.5hours to flush out the AutoDos detergent outlet.
