#1 Does this scan catalytic converter?

Not sure how to scan a cat but it does scan the O2 sensors that could tell if there might be a problem.

#2 Does it read fuel system data?

I haven't actually used it yet but it is supposed to monitor the fuel system status.

#3 Does this scanner has capability to check when(how long) is the engne computer reset (battery disconnected)?

No it does tell what code is on for your check engine light

#4 Does the tool provide the problem of the code?

It reads the code. Tells you what the code means; such as multiple cylinder misfire. But does not tell you what is causing the problem

#5 Will this scan tool tell you if a car's computer was recently reset for when you are checking out a used car?

Yes. Shows you if the monitors are ready or not(monitors not ready indicate a reset). And mileage driven since last clearing codes, warm-up since last code clear... so you can get a good idea if they are trying to hide something.

#6 Do it clear the codes?

Yes, it supports read and clear the codes
