Thebladecanbesharpenedwithafifeor ona grind:

it isstillon themower,Whensharpeningblade,follow
originalangleofgrind,Grindcuttingedgesequallyto
keepbladebalanced,
Removebladefromtheadapterfortestingbalance,
Balancethe bladeona roundshaftscrewdriverto
check,Removemetalfromtheheavysideuntilit
balancesevenly,
WARNING:An unbalancedblade
will cause excessivevibration when
rotating at high speeds. It may cause
damageto mower,and could break
causing personal injury.
5, Lubricatetheenginecrankshaftandtheinnersurface
ofthebladeadapterwithlightoil SNdetheblade
adapterontotheenginecrankshaft,Placetheblade
on theadaptersuchthatthesideoftheblademarked
"Bottom"(orwithpartnumber)facesthegroundwhen
themowerisin theoperatingposition,Makesurethat
bladeisalignedandseatedon bladeadapterflanges,
