• Check with your state and local public works department for
phnnbing and sanitation codes. You must tollow these guidelines
as you install the Heavv Due,' Water Filtration System. Using a
qualified installer is recommended.

PROPER INSTALLATION
This Heavy Duty Water Filtration System must be properly installed and located in accordance with the Installation Instructions
before it is used.
• Checkwith yeurlocalpublicworks departmentferplumbingcodes.
YoumustfollowtheirguidesasyouinstafltheHeavyDutyWater
FiltrationSystem.
• Usethe HeavyDutyWaterFiltrationSystemonapotable,safe-to-
drink,homeCOLDwatersupplyonly.Thefiltercartridgewill not
purifywaterormakeunsafewatersafetodrink.DONOTuseon
HOTwater(IO0°Fmax).
• ProtecttheHeavyDutyWaterFiltrationSystemandpipingfrom
freezing.Waterfreezingin thesystemwill damageit.
• YourHeavyDutyWaterFiltrationSystemwill withstandupto100psi
waterpressure,ffyourhousewatersupplypressureishigherthan
100psiduringtheday(itmayreachhigherlevelsat night),install
a pressurereducingvalvebeforethesystemisinstalled.
• Do not install on HOT WATER.Tile temperature of tile water
supply to tile Heavv Dull,' Water Filtration System m list be
between tile minimum of 40°E and tile maximum ot 100°E

• Do notinstall the Heavv Dull,' _._teI" Filtration System using
copper solder fittings. The heat fi'om the soldering process
will damage the unit.

exposed to sunlight.
