1. Water Outlet
1.1. The water won't stop/flow out
1)For the first use, the valve can not close, please check the following first:
Insert the brand new Alkaline battery and tighten the timer on the tap.
With the faucet closed, turn the dial on the timer to ON.
Press and hold the OK button for 3-5 seconds to manually open the inside valve of the timer.
Press and hold the OK button for 3-5 seconds to manually open the inside valve of the timer,
and then press and hold for 3-5 seconds to close the valve.
Repeat the step 3 for 3 to 5 times.
Turn on the faucet, press and hold the OK button for 3-5 seconds, and manually open the
valve again.
Manually open the valve again to check if everything is OK.
Then press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds to turn it off manually.
If the timer still cannot be turned off normally, please repeat the step 3-4 for 10 times
(If the above check is normal, please contact our customer service team for a help.)
For the first time use, the water won’t stop/flow out
Explanation:
The factory had done the water testing for every single valve when manufactured. After a period
time of shipping and storage, the water in the valves has been evaporated, and silicone
diaphragms inside the valves are stuck together, causing the valve to not be opened or closed
normally. Then the water won’t stop/flow out.

2) The valve does not open or close after a period of use, it may be caused by the following
reasons:
The valve is blocked or damaged by impurities, please follow the operation steps as above.
The valve body device is damaged (the positive and negative terminals of the valve are
broken), contact us to get a replacement or return under warranty period.
Knob or button problem, "Turn the knob to the off key to check whether the valve can be
closed; or press and hold the OK button to check whether the valve is normally
opened/closed. If it is out of control, it can only be replaced or returned within the warranty
period. "
Water short circuit, contact us to get a replacement or return under warranty period.
1.2. Low water outflow
Incoming water pressure is not sufficient to support watering, please install a booster pump
or use other methods of increasing pressure, the product itself has no pressurizing function.
2. Water Leakage
2.1 Water leakage at the water inlet
It is possible caused by sealing issues, please check the following first:
1. Check that the filter is installed in the correct position.
2. Check whether the sealing ring is installed in the correct position.
3. Check the thread for damage.
4. Whether the water inlet of the equipment matches the thread system of the faucet.
NOTE: We are using a face seal which requires a seal ring and filter in its place.
If it leak from neck or internal leakage, please contact us for a replacement.
We recommend to install the timer vertically on the ground to avoid damage to the inside of the
body.
We do not recommend using it for other angle, or even sideways, which may damage the valve
inside and cause leaks.
2.2 Water leakage at the water outlet
Please check the following first:
1. Check if the thread is cracked;
2. Check whether the water pipe and the thread do not match;
3. Check if the body leaks.
3. LCD Display
3.1 There is steam or water mist in the display

This is caused by the temperature difference inside and outside the product. And it will return to
normal after a period of rest.
3.2 The display is blank, the follow reasons is:
1.Strong direct sunlight will affect the life of the product. It is recommended to avoid exposure to
the sun when using it.
2.The positive and negative poles of the internal power supply of the product are reversed (small
probability)
3.Water short circuit, contact us for a replacement.
4.Internal device damage (the conductive strip of the LCD screen or the display screen is crushed
or other devices are damaged), please first confirm whether the valve can be opened manually. If
the valve can be opened, the LCD screen is damaged. If it cannot be opened, other components
may be damaged. Contact us for a replacement or return within the warranty period.
4.Battery
4.1 Short battery life
Please check if the follow reasons caused:
1.Mixed use of old and new batteries or mixed use of alkaline carbon batteries. It is
recommended that users use brand new alkaline batteries, do not mix old and new.
2.Water leakage causes battery pole pieces to rust. It is recommended that users close the
back cover of the battery for daily use and install it vertically to prevent water leakage.
3.Short circuit inside the product, contact us exchange or return within the warranty period.
5.Watering Plan/Schedule
5.1 The timer did not follow the watering plan/schedule
1. Please check if it is set up but not saved to the plan, turn the dial to View Set to see all
settings.
2. Check if the faucet is not turned on.
3. Check if the battery is dead, causing the machine to not operate normally.
4. Check if you have closed one of the zone by accident.
5.2 The timer can not set every day watering
1. Determine if you have chosen the daily watering mode, please download the electronic user
manual, refer to the page 8-9 or view the related video on our detailed page to set it up.
2. If you select the “every” mode, the daily watering will not be performed according to the
schedule.
