OPERATION
SettingSpecialFeatures
Yournewtouchpadcontrolhasadditionalfeatures
thatyoumaychoosetouse.Aftermakinga
selection,ifyouwanttochangethatsetting,follow
thestepsuntilthedisplayshowsyourchoice.
The control is automatically set to turn off the
oven after 12 hours baking or 3 hours broiling
should you forget and leave the oven on. Ifyou
want to remove this feature:
1. Pressandhold,at the same time, the
BAKEand BROIL padsfor3 seconds,until
thedisplayshows"SF."
2. PresstheDELAY START TIME pad.
Thedisplayshows"12shdn" (12hour
shutoff).PresstheDELAY START TIME
pad again.Thedisplaywillshow"no shdn"
(noshutoff).
3, PresstheSTART pad.
Theovencontrolissetfor theFahrenheit
temperatureselections.Mostrecipesaregiven
usingthe Fahrenheitscale.Youcanchangethis
to usetheCelsiusselection.

2. (a) PresstheBROIL pad.Thecontrol
displaywil!showthedegreesignand"F."
(b) PresstheBROIL padagain.

Thecontrolissettousethe12-hourclock.Ifyou
preferto usethe24-hourMilitaryTimeclockor
blackoutthedisplay:

(a) PresstheCLOCK pad Thedisplay
shows"12hr." If this isyourchoice, press the
START pad.
(b) PresstheCLOCK pad again. Thedisplay
will show "24hr." Example:5:00on the 12-
hour clock willshow 17:00hours on the military
crock. Ifthis isyourchoice, pressthe START
pad.
(c) PresstheCLOCK pad again.Thedisplay
wil!show "Off." Ifthis isyour choice, press the
START pad. Thedisplay will notshowtime.
(TheDelay StartTimefeature will notoperate.)
Thecontrolwillallowyouto lockthe touchpads
sothey cannotbeactivatedwhenpressed.If
you'reworriedaboutleavingtheoven
unsupervised,activatethisfeature,
1. Press and hold, at the same time, the
BAKE and BROIL pads for 3 seconds, until
the display shows "SF"
2, (a) Press the CLEAN pad. The display
shows "LOC OFF" (lockout off).
(b) Press theCLEAN pad again. The
display will show "LOC ON" (lockout on).
3. Pressthe START pad.
This feature can only be set when the
oven is not in use. When this feature ison,
the display will show "LOC," if a touch pad is
pressed. (This feature will not affect the Clock,
Timer, or Oven Light pads.)
Yournewcontrolhasa cookandhold feature
for timedcookingonlythat willkeep hotcooked
foodswarmupto 3 hours,afterthe timed
cookingis finished Toactivatethisfeature:
t. Press and hold, at the same time, the
BAKE and BROIL pads for 3 seconds,
until the display shows "SF."
2. (a) Press the OVEN COOKING TIME
pad. The display will show "HLd OFF."
{b) Press theOVEN COOKING TIME
pad again to activate the feature,The
display will show "HLd ON."
3. Press the START pad.
