controls and to ensure lower surface temperatures are maintained.
The cooling fan motor switches ON/OFF depending on temperature.
Depending on cooking temperatures and times, the cooling fan may run on even after the
appliance oven has been switched off.
The duration of this time is dependent on previous cooking temperature and duration.
