I f a w ave file is added, t he scanner w ill m ake a sound
alarm if m ult i- feed is det ect ed yet no Warning dialog box
will be display ed.
How t o a dd t he soun d ala rm
：
1. Click t he Browse butt on on t he right side of t he speaker
icon. The Open dialog box appears.
2. Choose your wave file.
3. Click t he Open but t on. The wave file is added.

St aple Detect ion
The St aple Detect ion feature aut om at ically halt s the scanning
process when an unrem oved staple is det ect ed. Left
undet ect ed, staples could cause errors that com prom ise the
