#1 When the alarm is activated, how long does it stay on without turning it off?

The alarm will sound until the four digit pin is input.

#2 How to use, when installed and turned on, alarm keeps going off?

Make sure both the alarm and the small piece are close and aligned once the alarm is armed before 45 seconds have passed after activating.

#3 Can I leave the house and disarm the alarm without waking my sleeping family?

Yes, you would need to disarm the alarm and then re-alarm and use the exit delay to leave without setting the alarm off.
