1.5 Note on use
Do not use the appliance if visibly damaged or if the inlet pipes are
damaged. Contact Customer Services.
If the appliance is not operating properly, disconnect it from the electricity
supply immediately.
If the mains cable of the appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by
Customer Services in order to avoid hazard.
Keep pets away from the appliance.
To protect your washing, follow the fabric care symbols and the hints and
advice in the
DRYING TIPS section.
Do not use a fabric conditioner or other fabric care solutions for the wash.
Otherwise pay attention to the manufacturer’s information.
Do not operate the appliance without or with a damaged door filter. Fire
hazard from fluff build-up!
Take care not to allow fluff to build up around the drier.
Before closing the appliance door and starting a programme, ensure that
there are no foreign objects or pets in the drum.
During the drying process, the back, drum and inside of the appliance door
become hot. Care should be taken to avoid touching these parts.
Never end the drying programme prematurely. A short cooling phase takes
place at the end of the drying programme. Providing you are able to do so,
remove the load quickly and spread it out to enable the heat to evaporate.
The condensate water collected is not suitable for drinking.
During longer periods of non-use, switch off the electricity by pulling out the
mains plug. Never pull the mains plug out by the cable.
Do not use the pivoting operating panel to lift or move the
appliance.
