BEFORE USE
1. Make sure all packing materials are removed. Clean the
appliance and accessories according to below
“cleaning and maintenance”.
2. Make sure that there is enough ventilation around the appliance.
3. The appliance should not be placed on an untreated wood surface. Place the appliance on a level and heat
resistant surface.
4. Operate the appliance before first use for approximately 10 minutes in order to burn off production
residues. Make sure there is good ventilation. The appliance may emit some smoke and a characteristic
smell when you switch it on for the first time. This is normal and will stop soon.
OPERATION
Always remember to add some grease to the wok pans before use.
1. Place the appliance in the middle of the table.
2. Cut meat and vegetables into small pieces so that cooking time can be reduced. Chop the crude meat and
serve it on a plate or a wooden board and the vegetables in a separate plate.
3. Put the food into the wok pans and place your wok pans in the circles on the grill plate.
4. Plug the cord into the appliance first, then into the wall outlet.
5. Turn on the unit by rotating the switch to “MAX position. The indicator light will be on.
6. You can cook fruit, fry eggs or potatoes and many other things in your wok pans.
7. After use, rotate the switch to “MIN” position. Then, unplug the appliance.
Note: Without using wok pans, you can bake eggs or pancakes directly on the grill plate. You can also grill large
pieces of meat on the grill plate.
Attention: In order to avoid damaging the non-stick coating of the appliance, please use wooden spatulas to turn
or remove food from wok pans or grill plate.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug the appliance and allow cooling before moving and/or cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
3. Clean the grill plate with a soft damp cloth only. Remove debris from the grill plate with a soft brush.
4. Wok pans can be washed in water. If stains still appear, it is recommended to use soap.
5. Wooden spatulas can be cleaned in water, dry completely after cleaning.
6. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the appliance.
