Changing a lamp
The lamps should be replaced with a
lamp of the same type:

Alternatively the following lamps can be
used:

These lamps have a different luminosity.
Only use lamps of the same type in the
cooker hood.
These lamps are available from Miele or
from specialist retailers.
Switch off the fan and the lighting.
Note that lamps become very
hot when in use.
They can cause burns even after
being switched off for some time.
Allow the lamps to cool down for a
few minutes before changing them.
Disconnect the cooker hood from the
mains electrical supply (see “Warning
and Safety instructions”).
Remove the grease filters.
Turn the nut anti-clockwise as far as it
will go. The lamp will then drop down
towards you.
Turn the lamp anti-clockwise and pull
it out.
Screw the new lamp into the socket
and push it upwards. Please follow
the manufacturer's safety
instructions.
