The Burners
The burner caps and crowns can be removed for cleaning. Wash the burner caps and crowns using hot
soapy water, and remove marks with a mild paste cleaner. A well moistened soap impregnated steel
wool pad can be used with caution, if the marks are particularly difficult to remove.
After cleaning, be sure to wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Ignition electrode
The electric ignition is obtained through a ceramic "electrode" and a metal electrode. Keep these
components very clean, to avoid lighting difficulties, and check that the burner crown holes are not
obstructed.
Recommended maintenance instructions (we recommend cleaning every six months.):
1) Keep the electrical area clean and free of combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable gas
and liquids.
2) Does not hinder the flow of combustion and ventilation air.
3) Visually inspect the flame of the fire transmission trough, and have an icon.
A> Take off the hob.
B>Turn the knob from MAX to MIN, and check the flame status. The flame at the MIN position should
be smaller than the flame at the MAX position. The ignition needle can be burned to ensure the normal
operation of the key fire device under both MAX and MIN working conditions, as shown in the figure
below.
C>Be sure to check the flame before each use. If any abnormal state is found, please refer to
troubleshooting.
