5. The cost of serviceor servicecall to:

b. Instructthe user on the properuse of the product.
c. Transportthe applianceto and from the servicer.
6. Any food loss due to refrigeratoror freezer productfailures.
7. Expensesfor traveland transportationfor productservicein remote locations.
