UNPACKING YOUR MITER SAW
A, WARNING l
To avoid injury from unexpected starting
or electrical shock, do not plug the
power cord into a source of power during
unpacking and assembly.
The power cord must remain unplugged
when adjustments or maintenance to the
machine takes place.
1. Remove the miter saw from the carton.
IMPORTANT: Do not lift the miter saw by
the trigger switch handle. It may cause
misalignment.
2. Place the saw on a secure, stable work
surface.
3. Separate all the parts from the packing
material. Check each one with the
illustrations below to make certain that all
items are accounted for before discarding
any packing material.
_I_ WARNING
If any part is missing or damaged do
not attempt to assemble the miter
saw, or plug in the power cord until
the missing or damaged part is
correctly replaced.
